Job Role: Business Systems Analyst

The primary goal of this role is to facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive software development projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software design methodology and technology, as well as experience working with agile frameworks such as Scrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the specification development and reporting process for ePS product lines.
  • Track project status and test products to verify accuracy in specification and development.
  • Provide internal product support to other groups within the ePS organization.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines to reach set milestones.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid business judgment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with software development life cycles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in web and database technologies.
