About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Expert who will support our Finance team in managing budgets, forecasts, and reports. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial guidance and align financial goals with overall company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project/client data to facilitate informed decision-making and accurate reporting.
  • Create and publish charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.
  • Reconcile project/client data with organizational databases and accounts in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and document detailed reports on projects and clients, highlighting key issues.
  • Invoice clients promptly for services and handle queries.
  • Resolve vendor disputes and reconcile statements of accounts.
  • Manage monthly and annual GST return filings for compliance with Indian regulations.
  • Handle monthly TDS filings for the Indian entity and assist with compliance audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree; CA Inter Pass is an added advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Finance team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details.
  • Well-versed with MS Office and Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
