Project Management Role

KONE Technology and Innovation Unit is at the forefront of innovation, combining physical and digital systems to transform the way people move within buildings. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage development and deployment projects for IT Solutions.
  2. Work closely with KONE IT, Business, and local teams to ensure successful and timely delivery.
  3. Ensure project objectives are met within the approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality, using KONE's project management methodology and tools.
  4. Plan, manage, and coordinate project activities and interface with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or engineering.
  2. Strong Project Management background with minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management in global environment.
  3. Good understanding of IT processes (ITIL).
  4. Project Management certification (PMI or equivalent) is a plus.
  5. Experience leading projects using Lean and Agile methodologies.
