Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Systems Administrator to join our team at Sureminds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Administration, Hyper-v Administration, and MS cluster Administration, with a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for Windows OS, Hyper-V, and cluster-related issues, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server 2008 to 2022, as well as providing expert-level support for OS-related issues and dump file analysis.

Additionally, the candidate will be expected to have a strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, and GPO, as well as experience with various MS tools such as Perfmon, procmon, and netmon. PowerShell scripting knowledge is also a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers to gather information, explain technical concepts, and provide timely updates on issue resolution. Strong troubleshooting skills, cross-team collaboration, and a drive to resolve complex technical issues are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows OS, Hyper-V, and cluster administration

- Provide end-to-end support for Windows Server 2008 to 2022 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

- Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, and GPO

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in Windows Administration, Hyper-v Administration, and MS cluster Administration

- Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, and GPO

- Experience with various MS tools such as Perfmon, procmon, and netmon

- PowerShell scripting knowledge is a plus

- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

- Strong cross-team collaboration and problem-solving skills
