Data Engineering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to lead the development of robust data pipelines and scalable data architectures.

About the Role

  • Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using PySpark, AWS Glue, and other technologies to ensure high-quality data delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with analysts to guarantee data accuracy, completeness, and timely availability.
  • Create efficient SQL queries and scripts to optimize data transformation and processing.
  • Develop scalable data lakes using AWS S3, Athena, and related services for seamless data integration and analytics.
  • Leverage Amazon DynamoDB and Redshift for high-performance data storage and retrieval.
  • Create interactive dashboards using Amazon QuickSight to provide actionable insights.
  • Automate workflows with AWS Step Functions, Lambda, and EventBridge for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor and optimize data workflows for peak performance and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, and SQL programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Git and various AWS services (Glue, S3, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Adequate knowledge of Databricks and its ecosystem for advanced data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
