Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers over the phone to introduce and explain our product offerings.
  • Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries.
  • Arrange appointments and schedule product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.
  • Share product information and address basic queries related to features and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Confidence and clarity while interacting with clients over the phone.
  • A proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups.
  • Brief understanding of SaaS products or tech-based services is beneficial.
