Oracle EBS Finance Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance consultant to support ongoing operations of our Oracle EBS 12.2.3 platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Finance, including AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.

  • Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects within SLA timelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical incidents.
  • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and support guides.
  • Participate in CAB meetings and follow change control processes.

The consultant will work closely with the business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution. Experience with ServiceNow for incident and change management is essential.

Additional responsibilities include providing support during peak periods, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance consulting.
  • Deep expertise in functional and technical aspects of Oracle Finance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Oracle EBS 12.2.3.
