System Verification Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled System Verification Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of innovative medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and validate Test Methods for system-level verification, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our testing protocols.
  • Perform Design Verification Testing and prepare verification protocols, applying statistical analysis and design principles to ensure product integrity.
  • Utilize Minitab for Hypothesis Testing, Gage R&R, and Confidence Interval Prediction, leveraging data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
  • Apply DOE (Design of Experiments) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to optimize system performance and minimize defects.
  • Conduct Engineering Analysis, Impact Assessment, and Design Input/Output reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Support Fixture Development and Qualification, ensuring that our testing equipment meets the highest standards of precision and accuracy.
  • Execute System-level V&V (not software/HIL), verifying that our systems meet rigorous safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), maintaining accurate and transparent records throughout the development process.
  • Perform Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and CAD-based documentation, streamlining communication and reducing errors.
Requirements:
  • Education: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, ECE, Instrumentation (EIE), or Mechatronics.
  • Experience: 4–14 years in System-level V&V, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Industry Preference: Aviation / MedTech OEMs, where innovation and precision are paramount.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Minitab and statistical analysis, with the ability to apply complex algorithms to real-world problems.
  • Knowledge of design of experiments and statistical process control, with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
