Job Title: Workforce Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workforce Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated workforce solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integrated workforce solutions using APIs and web services.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop customized integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new applications and systems.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality interfaces between customers' systems and our applications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development, system integration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Knowledge of web services, APIs, and data formats (XML, JSON, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance systems.
  • Knowledge of SOAP and RESTful web services.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database design.
  • Certification in Workforce – Integration (PT103 Certification desired).
