Fraud Risk Management Lead

Ensure the Fraud Risk Management framework is effectively embedded and communicated across Retail Customers segment. The successful candidate will manage fraud risk activities and processes for Investigations effectively and efficiently aligned to business strategy. They will lead and drive standardisation automation and consolidation through re-engineering and process improvement initiatives for the country for Fraud Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fraud risk assisting businesses with implementing the best in class tools and processes to minimize fraud losses while maintaining and adhering to customer charter goals and objectives.
  • Support and provide inputs to Regional Head Fraud Risk Management for driving the operational model and implementing the strategic direction for the country.
  • Contribute to Fraud Risk strategy and infrastructure for channels and products for efficient investigation of cases and mitigate the fraud risk.

Requirements:

  • To develop a proactive independent balanced and a fraud risk awareness culture within the organisation.
  • Review investigation details and guide GBS FRSCG team to ensure holistic coverage of the incident case under investigation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Provide oversight across fraud risk management team ensuring compliance with the highest standards of regulatory and business conduct and compliance practices as defined by internal and external requirements.
  • This includes compliance with local banking laws other applicable laws and anti-money laundering regulations and guidelines.
