As a culinary professional, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting exceptional meals that exceed the highest standards of quality. This role requires close collaboration with the head chef to design innovative daily specials and communicate effectively with the food and beverage service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food according to precise recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of food preparation and monitor the quality and quantity of prepared dishes.
  • Provide timely support during busy periods and inform the chef of excess food items suitable for daily specials.
  • Evaluate and ensure the excellence of prepared food items and manage cold food preparations.

This position also involves supporting management in key areas such as employee recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching. You will serve as a model and adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • No supervisory experience is required but may be beneficial
