Job Title: Transaction Risk Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage credit risk and advise on structuring matters in relation to RF transactions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks associated with these transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing credit risk and advising on structuring matters in relation to RF transactions
  • Working across departments and multiple stakeholders to deliver effective risk mitigation and maximise portfolio returns
  • Playing a full part in the overall performance and direction of the business units including contribution to formation of the overall business direction
  • Directly managing the non-recourse & lending portfolio for RF
  • Controlling & monitoring the delegation & use of credit endorsement authorities & business operating authorities
  • Being responsible for operational risk reporting

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have experience in credit risk management, preferably within the banking industry.
