Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to lead our digital transformation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining websites that are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.

You will collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure that our client's websites are aligned with their brand and business goals while offering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop websites from scratch, ensuring responsive design, fast loading times, and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
  • Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins to enhance website functionality.
  • Implement content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS solutions.

Collaboration and Performance Optimization:

  • Work closely with the design team to translate wireframes and visual designs into fully functional websites.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website designs for SEO, conversions, and user engagement.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for maximum speed and scalability.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough testing of websites across different browsers and devices to ensure consistent functionality and aesthetics.
  • Test website performance, security, and responsiveness, troubleshooting and optimizing as necessary.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure all websites meet industry standards and client expectations.

Client-Focused Solutions:

  • Translate client requirements and ideas into effective web solutions, offering suggestions and improvements.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on progress, timelines, and potential roadblocks.
  • Assist in troubleshooting client issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in web development with a strong portfolio of websites.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, image optimization).
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO best practices.
