Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure channel performance and recommend remedial actions, sharing gain strategy with brand teams, key account managers & sales teams.
  • Manage stakeholders to drive overall business strategies, including brand team, sales team, key account manager team, supply chain team, demand planning team and finance team.
  • Develop and drive open format outlet strategy.
  • Manage various planned activities and ensure compliance to marketing schedule.
  • Evaluate performance of point of sale activities to recommend improvements.
  • Drive technology initiatives for the channel.
  • Streamline current processes and ensure error-free transactions.

Demand Planning & Facilitating Promo Planning:

  • Implement a robust forecasting process based on inputs and constraints.
  • Engage with supply chain to ensure stock availability adherence to plan.

Merchandising:

  • Steer discussion for in-store execution strategies with brand teams and plan annual activity calendar.
  • Partner with in-store merchandising team to drive in-store strategy and activities planned.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA or equivalent from an institute of repute.
  • 4-6 years of experience in modern trade, preferably from FMCG.
