We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team in the bioimaging field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sales support for bio and pathology image analysis.
Job DescriptionAs a sales support specialist, you will work closely with customers, collaborators, and internal teams to understand needs and challenges, design and conduct bioimaging experiments, analyze and interpret data, and provide technical support and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ph.D. in biomedical engineering, medical physics, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field.
- At least three years of research or industry experience in the field of bioimaging.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn about the field of bioimaging and be willing to contribute to the development and improvement of bioimaging products and services.
OthersBelow are some additional requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer support role.
- CRM tools used in the past (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
- Strategies for organizing multiple client tasks.
- Comfortable writing technical emails in English.
- Able to commit at least 20 hours per week to this role.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Examples of lead conversions or resolved client issues.
- Experience in the biotechnology, research, or healthcare industry.
