
Chief Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Growth Strategy Leader to drive business growth and performance. This role offers end-to-end responsibility for assigned products, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, driving experimentation, and optimizing business metrics to meet aggressive growth targets.
- End-to-End Business Ownership:
- Own and drive the growth of key business metrics for assigned products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Product, Brand, Marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams.
- Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution:
- Own the GTM strategy for new product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
- Business Planning & Projections:
- Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
- Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
- Key Business Metrics Ownership:
- Drive key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Growth Programs & Campaign Execution:
- Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
- Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value.
- Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
- Continuous Experimentation & Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
