Learning Solutions Developer

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Learning Solutions Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective training materials that meet the needs of our clients.

  • You will work closely with Functional Managers and Subject Matter Experts to understand the business problem, target audiences, learning needs, and develop learning objectives to implement in the proposed learning solution.
  • Collaborate with the client team to identify the solution approach and design, and work through the design, development, and delivery phases.
  • Create comprehensive training programs that align with the clients business needs.
  • Develop Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) measures for the project based on the project requirements.
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop the training curriculum.
  • Design and create standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution.
  • Review and deliver high-quality training content as per agreed-upon quality standards.
