Instructional Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team and create engaging eLearning content for clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, online learning, and video-based learning. They will be responsible for developing interactive and immersive experiences that cater to diverse learner needs.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and project management skills. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and video editing software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Design and develop interactive content using visual medium, animations, and gamification techniques.

  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and eLearning authoring tools.
