Driven Digital Video Visionary Needed

We're looking for an experienced and passionate video leader to shape the future of digital storytelling.

As a key member of our team, you will lead a high-performing group, create innovative content formats, and drive growth through smart video strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the English digital video team with high editorial and creative standards.
  • Develop compelling video content that resonates with audiences.
  • Oversee the entire video lifecycle from ideation to publishing and analysis.
  • Grow our English YouTube channel and digital video presence with data-driven strategies.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and experiment with new formats and platforms.

Requirements:

  • 11-14 years of experience in digital journalism with a focus on English-language video content.
  • Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Proven track record of growing digital video audiences, especially on YouTube.
  • Excellent command of the English language, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Solid grasp of digital production tools, editorial workflows, and platform algorithms.
