We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and execute end-to-end UKG migrations from Workforce Central to Dimensions. This is a high-level position that requires hands-on experience in system configuration, integration, and client engagement, along with leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Migrate projects from Workforce Central to Dimensions efficiently and effectively
  • Manage client expectations and align deliverables with business objectives
  • Develop migration roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans
  • Lead project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication

Technical Requirements:

  • Configure and integrate UKG Workforce Central and Dimensions modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Pay Rules, and Advanced Scheduling
  • Transform legacy data into Dimensions accurately
  • Test and validate system setup through rigorous testing and client walkthroughs
  • Collaborate with UKG and client IT teams to ensure infrastructure readiness

Integration and Reporting:

  • Lead Dell Boomi integration efforts between UKG and external systems
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows for performance and reliability
  • Support BIRT report development and customization for operational and compliance needs

Team Management and Initiative:

  • Mentor and guide a team of UKG analysts, technical consultants, and testers
  • Promote ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with UKG product updates and best practices to drive innovation

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience working with UKG Workforce Central and/or Dimensions
  • Proven track record in leading successful UKG migration projects
  • Hands-on experience with Time and Attendance configuration
  • Expertise in Boomi integration and data transformation
  • Familiarity with BIRT reporting and Advanced Scheduling
  • Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently in complex environments
