Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Chemicals and Materials Practice within its Advisory division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead research initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proprietary projects
  • Supervise a team of researchers, guiding their efforts and review report content
  • Collaborate with senior management to refine project scope, schedules, budgets, and client deliverables
  • Foster a high-performing team environment, driving studies to successful completion
  • Evaluate study content and quality, providing actionable feedback
  • Develop reports for proprietary studies, emphasizing key findings and recommendations
  • Analyze data, develop appraisal, and prepare presentations and supporting documentation
  • Present project results to clients, highlighting key insights and outcomes
  • Conduct primary interviews to gather critical information and insights
  • Support the growth and development of practices within the organization
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting within the chemical industry
  • Proven track record of developing, managing, and presenting project results to senior management
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team environment to achieve results
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or a related field; an MBA is beneficial
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Foreign language proficiency is advantageous
  • Strong oral and written English language skills are required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
