Technical Leadership RoleAbout the Job:

The company is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Lead to join its Global Sourcing Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of technical solutions that empower the organization to drive innovation and deliver on its strategic vision.

  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical skills, a keen eye for design, and excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • They will also possess a solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or software architecture is preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

The Technical Lead will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of technical solutions to support the company's strategic objectives
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective technical solutions
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform product decisions
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and standards

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in software engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in technical leadership roles
  • Exceptional technical skills, with expertise in areas such as software development, architecture, and testing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
