Database Developer

We are seeking a skilled Database Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases, with a strong focus on design, development, and maintenance of database objects.

  • Optimize T-SQL queries and execution plans for high performance.
  • Support cross-platform integration with Oracle databases using PL/SQL.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS.
  • Implement and monitor database security, backup, recovery, and high availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and optimize resource utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6-7 years of total IT experience with 5-6 years in SQL Server database development.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022).
  • Hands-on T-SQL development skills.
  • Proven skills in performance tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS or equivalent ETL tools.
  • Strong knowledge of backup/recovery strategies and high availability.
  • Experience with database version control and CI/CD deployment practices.
