We are seeking a Quality Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

About the Role

The Quality Management Expert will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. This includes analyzing and documenting quality management processes, configuring and customizing the SAP QM module, and collaborating with stakeholders to design effective quality management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments, as well as a strong understanding of quality management principles. Experience configuring quality control processes and familiarity with integration points between QM and other modules is also essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze and document quality management processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  2. Configure and customize the SAP QM module to support quality planning and inspection processing.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions.
  4. Conduct system testing and provide user training to support successful adoption.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM issues to minimize disruption.
  6. Participate in SAP projects, including implementations and upgrades.
  7. Support integration between QM and other SAP modules.
  8. Manage master data related to quality inspection plans and certificates.
Requirements
  1. 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments.
  2. Strong understanding of quality management principles.
  3. Experience configuring quality control processes.
  4. Familiarity with integration points between QM and other modules.
  5. Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments.
  6. SAP S/4HANA QM experience is a strong plus.
  7. Regulatory compliance knowledge is an advantage.
  8. Fluency in English is required.
