SAP Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Worksoft Certify and a strong background in quality assurance methodologies and business process understanding.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test cases using Worksoft Certify, collaborating with business analysts and functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into test scenarios.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing automated test cases using Worksoft Certify
- Collaborating with business analysts and functional teams
- Executing automated test scripts and analyzing results for SAP and other enterprise applications
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies
- Participating in regression, integration, and UAT testing phases
- Supporting SAP upgrades, patch testing, and new implementations using automation
- Integrating Worksoft tests with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Providing test documentation, reports, and metrics to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4-6+ years of experience in test automation, including 3+ years of hands-on Worksoft Certify
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, HR)
- Experience with end-to-end business process testing
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
