Job Title:

Portfolio Investment Specialist

At our organization, we seek an experienced Portfolio Investment Specialist with a strong background in investment analysis and operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional quantitative and qualitative skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Analysis and Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research on potential investments, evaluating risks and opportunities to ensure alignment with our organization's strategic objectives.
  • Loan Portfolio Management: Oversee the purchase and management of loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maximizing returns.
  • Performance Analysis and Valuation: Provide regular performance updates and valuation reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance portfolio value.
  • Credit Facilities and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement credit facilities, as well as create forecasts and models to predict future portfolio performance.
  • Market Research and Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform investment decisions.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners, providing timely and accurate reporting on portfolio performance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in investment operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, such as QuickSight or PowerBI.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
