Job Title: Service Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide production support for Oracle Revenue Management, Receivables, and Intercompany processes. This role requires a blend of financial accounting knowledge (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and technical troubleshooting expertise to ensure revenue compliance and smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Revenue Recognition & Compliance (ASC 606, IFRS 15, Multi-GAAP, Multi-Currency).
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Revenue Contracts, Deferrals, Allocations, Adjustments.
  • Support Receivables & Invoicing (AutoInvoice, Receipts, Collections, Tax, Dunning).
  • Maintain Intercompany processes (Invoicing, Transfer Pricing, Netting, Balancing).
  • Support Accounting & Period Close (AR-GL reconciliations, revenue close).
  • Provide Technical Support (SQL, APIs, FBDI/ADFdi, integrations, troubleshooting).
  • Handle Compliance & Audit (SOX, Tax, Reporting).
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support (MOS, SRs, patches, quarterly updates).

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Revenue Management, AR, and Intercompany.
  • Solid understanding of finance & accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, integrations, APIs, and Oracle Cloud tools.
  • Proven track record in production support & issue resolution.
