Commercial Interior Project Manager Opportunity

A premium chance to lead the interior design and aesthetics upgradation of existing Grade A commercial space.

About the Role

  • Lead all interior design and aesthetics work, ensuring high-quality detailing and supervision of all projects.
  • Review and approve drawings submitted by tenants on behalf of clients, focusing on quality and interface with services and public areas.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure fit-out meets required standards, identifying and addressing non-conformities in collaboration with tenants.
  • Manage documentation, including Statements of Completion, and maintain accurate records.
  • Report regularly to leasing teams on issues affecting smooth unit fit-outs and tenant compliance.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Interior Designing Course qualification.
  • Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in interior designing and project management.
