Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our healthcare team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, collecting feedback on our services, and promoting our membership plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to patients to gather feedback on services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Inform patients about membership plans and explain their benefits, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  • Generate high-quality leads based on sales protocols and convert them into sales.
  • Schedule appointments for senior executives to conduct further sales pitches and close deals.
  • Handle incoming calls, addressing client concerns with patience and professionalism, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls made and received, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or equivalent qualification, with a strong academic record.
  • Prior experience working as a Tele Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in healthcare, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in using computers and maintaining accurate records, with a strong understanding of sales protocols and procedures.
  • Exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints, with the ability to adapt communication style based on the situation.
  • Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with working night shifts, with a flexible schedule and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
