We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Chemicals and Materials Practice. As Project Lead, you will be responsible for guiding research processes and delivering high-quality project results.

Job Description:

The Project Lead will oversee the efforts of individuals conducting research, write reports, and work with senior management to develop and refine study scopes, schedules, budgets, and client deliverables. This role requires driving staff performance to successful project completion, ensuring content and quality, and presenting findings to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry
  • Experience developing, managing, and presenting project results to senior management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team
  • Analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve results
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Foreign language skills are a plus
  • Good oral and written English language skills are required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
