We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Territory Manager Painter Academy. As a Territory Manager Painter Academy, you will be responsible for coordinating with product development and marketing teams to validate new products, conducting product validation at painter academies using various tools and application techniques, and supporting marketing with the development of new designs, patterns, and shade customization as per PS team requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training sessions for applicators and contractors at painter academies and on-site.
  • Conduct product training for TSMs and painters on application techniques and usage.
  • Maintain and evolve the training tracker for SP painters across academy and field sessions.
  • Carry out site-level product sampling and concept testing with painter communities.
  • Assist in organizing painter shop meets and technique demonstrations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a strong understanding of product validation and application techniques, as well as experience in training and development.
