Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Painting Services Operations Manager to drive our home painting services forward.

This role will oversee the Sales & operations of our home painting services, focusing on developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), driving business growth, and ensuring efficient project execution for individual homeowners.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing service operations, a passion for quality, and a strategic approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management:
    • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of our home painting services.
    • Develop, document, and implement SOPs for painting projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
    • Monitor Project Timelines, Pricing, and Quality Standards to ensure services meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Business Development & Strategy:
    • Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the home painting services market.
    • Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies tailored to the home painting services segment.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns highlighting the value of our services.
  • Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction:
    • Implement a quality control process to monitor the quality of painting services provided, including inspections and reviews of ongoing projects.
    • Resolve any customer complaints or issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Training & Development:
    • Organize training sessions for managers and associates to ensure they are well-versed in internal practices, current industry best practices, new products, and safety standards.
    • Evaluate team member performance and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving painting service business and operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs for service-based businesses.
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving sales, revenue, and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
