Paint Tool Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to design and develop paint tools and equipment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing paint tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create optimized manufacturing systems in Creo
  • Design and draft paint tools and blueprints
  • Develop CAD layouts and create animations for part travel analysis using Creo
  • Perform finite element analysis basics
  • Write standard operating procedures and assign time elements
  • Update station plans using Master Production Planning and link optimized manufacturing systems
  • Create routing and Power BI dashboards for data visualization

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo Parametric, and Master Production Planning
  • Experience in industrial engineering, tooling, and fixture design
  • Familiarity with SAP and Power BI
  • Skills in Creo finite element analysis and Creo flow analysis
