Job Title: Executive Interior Design Professional

This is a full-time, on-site role in Lucknow that requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, as well as 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.

  • Develop and implement creative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions.
  • Manage the design process, including concept development, 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, and final execution.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to build a strong design culture within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools), a proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects, and excellent project management, leadership, and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and functional designs for residential and commercial spaces.
  • Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Mentor junior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in interior design, with 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
  • A proven portfolio of executed interior design projects.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
