Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop exceptional CAD skills and drafting expertise
  • Create detailed drawings and elevations
  • Understand interior elements and building structures
  • Formulate designs that are practical, aesthetic, and purpose-driven
  • Proficient in Autocad, MS Excel, Photoshop, and Sketchup
  • Well-versed in designing corporate and residential layouts
  • Prepare BOQs and ensure site quality
  • Conduct site visits and measurements
  • Manage timelines effectively and maintain attention to detail
  • Utilize strong communication and presentation skills

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in commercial and hospitality interiors
  • Track record of delivering outstanding high-quality designs
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of materials and technical drawings
  • Drafting skills in Autocad and proficiency in MS Excel for quantity assessment
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketchup, and 3DS-Max
