Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Human Resources (HR) team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate corporate strategy into actionable HR priorities and goals.
  • Provide strategic feedback to business unit leadership on HR-related issues.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and help managers predict future needs.
  • Employ effective cross-cultural communication to promote positive business behavior.
  • Coach managers on organizational effectiveness and development.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop HR products and services.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit new hires and manage the selection process.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to support employee performance, development, and retention.
  • Build partnerships with senior decision-makers to achieve business results and manage complex HR activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 6+ years of experience in Human Resources with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner.
  • Prior experience at a product or tech organization is highly desirable.
  • Flexible and able to anticipate business needs, delivering HR partnership that enables business success.
  • Project management skills to run programs regionally and globally.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic approach and a bias for action.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Core competencies in coaching, organizational design, and change management.
  • Strong people management skills and ability to build credible international partnerships.
