Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, implement and manage our SCM suite and DevOps platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development

Create and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible. Ensure high availability, zero downtime operations, and enterprise-grade security compliance for mission-critical applications.

  • Platform Reliability Engineering

Develop and maintain a highly available platform with 24/7 uptime and no downtime during core business hours. Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks.

  • Disaster Recovery Strategy

Design and implement a disaster recovery strategy with a 1-hour RTO. Automate backup and restoration processes ensuring 100% data recovery.

  • Security and Compliance Frameworks

Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and pipelines. Enforce data encryption standards (data at rest, in transit, cryptographic key management). Ensure compliance with corporate and industry security standards.

  • Identity and Access Management Solutions

Integrate Okta SSO and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication. Manage secure authentication and authorization for developers, admins, and service accounts.

  • Leadership and Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to DevOps and platform engineers.

Requirements
  • Experience

10+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior DevOps Engineer handling enterprise-grade platforms.

  • Skills

Strong expertise with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for HA, DR, and backup solutions. Deep knowledge of IAM protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO), RBAC, data encryption, and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, architecture design, and stakeholder management skills.
