Geodatabase Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Geodatabase Specialist to support our key customers and build lasting relationships. This role involves managing and delivering technical support and consulting practices related to system design and architecture, performance assessment, health monitoring, and operations for large enterprise customers.

The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert in handling geospatial data management and usage, provide solutions, and address technical issues reported by customers, while coordinating product trainings over remote and onsite.

In this position, you will work closely with the Esri Managed Services team and manage user environments hosted on Esri technology. You will also drive adoption of new technologies by maintaining up-to-date personal knowledge of Esri products, industry domains, and technical trends.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent customer communication, management, and presentation skills, establish trust and relationship with users, and be proficient in written and verbal communication abilities with a strong grasp of English.

You will also be responsible for managing SOPs for managing customer environments, documenting comprehensive case resolution steps, suggestions, and workaround solutions, and maintaining comprehensive case documentation in a CRM system.
