We are seeking a Senior Planning Manager to spearhead our pre-construction initiatives and drive successful project execution from planning to procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Scope Management: Define project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within established parameters.
  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Lead strategic planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor progress and conduct review meetings to guarantee alignment with set objectives.
  • Resource Deployment and Optimization: Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality compliance, and time management to maximize efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure regulatory compliance during pre-construction phases and identify potential risks to implement mitigating strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication with consultants, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Site Logistics and Execution: Collaborate on site logistics and execution plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Project Delivery and Administration: Administer end-to-end project delivery aligned with forecasts and benchmarks.
  • Procurement Strategies and Vendor Coordination: Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries while coordinating with vendors for timely material procurement and execution.
  • Cost Analysis and Rate Evaluations: Conduct thorough cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation to inform informed business decisions.

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in project management and pre-construction planning.
  • Procurement Knowledge and Regulatory Acumen: Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
