Quality Control Manager


At Avery Dennison, we're committed to providing innovative solutions that optimize labor and supply chain efficiency, reduce waste, advance sustainability, circularity, and transparency. We're seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager to join our team in Pune, India.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products and services to customers.
  • Work with Product Management and R&D to incorporate customer feedback into product design.
  • Ensure robust product qualification through collaboration with technical service teams.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Proactively identify quality improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to implement changes.


Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in a manufacturing industry, preferably in printing or packaging.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Engineering Graduate (Printing, Chemical, or Mechanical engineering) from a reputable institute/university.
  • Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015.
