Senior Government IT Contract Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our GeM portal operations and tender processes across government sectors.
- Manage product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing within the GeM platform
- Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts including preparation, submission, and follow-up
- Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and public sector clients to deliver tailored IT solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and procurement officers
- Analyze market opportunities in government IT sector and prepare strategic proposals
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in government tenders
- Manage documentation, contracts, and legal compliance for government projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Management: Prepare, submit, and follow up on government IT contracts
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications
- Relationship Building: Foster strong ties with government stakeholders and procurement officers
- Market Analysis: Identify opportunities in the government IT sector and develop strategic proposals
- Competitor Monitoring: Track competitor activities and pricing strategies in government tenders
- Documentation: Manage contracts, documentation, and legal compliance for government projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in government IT contract management
