Ecommerce Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage ecommerce operations, driving sales and revenue growth on multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in managing ecommerce sales and be interested in building a career in the beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and revenue growth on Nykaa, Meesho, and other E-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competition, and understand market trends.
  • Manage product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of listings.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders within designated marketplaces.
  • Optimize shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, forecasting future performance with management and seniors.
  • Handle inventory management in case of deficits.
  • Collaborate with brand/creative teams for marketing inputs.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of ecommerce sales management experience (B.Tech/B.Com/MBA or equivalent).
  • Interest and willingness to learn about the beauty sector.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate objectives and needs to all stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
