Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Analytics professional with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field from premier institutions like IIT / NIT / IIIT / ISI etc. and at least 8-10 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing machine learning algorithms to drive business growth and improve customer experiences;
  • Developing and maintaining complex data models using various programming languages and tools such as Python, R, and SQL;
  • Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and insights;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services;
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field from a premier institution;
  • At least 8-10 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis;
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques;
  • Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and reinforcement learning where applicable;
  • Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-Learn);
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI deployment;
  • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques;
  • Good exposure on Deep learning models like MLP, CNN, RNN, LSTM etc.;
  • Good Experience in Operational Research models, liner and non-liner programming;
