CSR Program Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our CSR Companion initiative, a unique program designed to empower children through age-appropriate assessments, stories, and values-driven activities.

This role involves conceptualizing and developing engaging content, collaborating with partners, and monitoring impact. The successful candidate will have a passion for CSR and a strong background in education or social work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop creative content covering health, education, and well-being, ensuring it is engaging and accessible for children.
  • Collaborate with partners (NGOs, schools, corporate stakeholders) to disseminate content and promote the program's reach and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate distribution logistics and track metrics to measure the program's impact.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment, timely progress, and transparency.
  • Maintain project documentation, adhering to internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CSR, educational outreach, or children's content creation.
  • Strong creative, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative project tools.
