Women Safety Educator

About the Role:

We are seeking a Women's Safety Educator to join our team and contribute to creating a safer, harassment-free workplace culture across India.

  • Develop and deliver training programs for organizations on workplace safety and compliance with laws related to sexual harassment.
  • Conduct workshops and sessions on creating a safe work environment, preventing sexual harassment, and promoting gender equality.
  • Work closely with government officials and corporate organizations to strengthen network for women's safety.
  • Act as a change leader in driving safer workplace cultures across industries.
Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and training skills, be able to engage diverse audiences, and possess a passion for women's safety, workplace security, and legal compliance.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  2. Conducting needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in workplace safety and compliance.
  3. Developing and implementing strategies to promote gender equality and prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
  4. Building relationships with government officials, corporate leaders, and other stakeholders to advance women's safety initiatives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in the area of workplace safety and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to sexual harassment and workplace safety.
  • Passion for women's safety and empowerment.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, communications, or social sciences.
