Our team seeks an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

  • This role will involve communicating effectively with clients through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to explain customized solutions to customers based on their specific needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong customer relationships through regular communication and interaction.
  • Explaininmg customized propositions to customers based on important dates such as birthdays and term renewals.
  • Performing annual protection review calls as per the timelines.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing segmented product-based campaigns.
  • Ensuring customers are aware of available offerings and free from confusion regarding the same.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling multiple financial products to affluent and HNI customers.
  • Certifications in Financial markets like AMFI/CFP (Desirable).
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal communication, customer-centricity, and experience in sales verticals dealing with HNI customers.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate, PG: Any Postgraduate
