Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee quality delivery on all parameters. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling quality for outbound sales accounts and a strong understanding of audit and coaching processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve scores for training throughput or conversion.
  • Analyze data and create designated reports and decks to drive process improvement.
  • Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach.
  • Communicate with the team to heighten awareness and focus on positive customer experience.
  • Making recommendations and driving process improvement to reduce learning curve and enhance product/process knowledge of new joiners.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess excellent writing and comprehension skills, as well as extremely good verbal and written communication skills.

They will also have technical knowledge of English communication, including sentence construction, grammar, punctuation, etc.

Additionally, they will have effective presentation, feedback, and coaching skills, and hands-on experience with MS Office, preferably MS Excel and PowerPoint.

A customer orientation and customer service attitude, effective problem-solving skills, highly energetic and enthusiastic nature, interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and the ability to handle/analyze data to generate quantitative and qualitative analysis.
