Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners
  • Organize and attend business meetings to explore collaborations
  • Help plan webinars, events, or info sessions with institutions
  • Engage with inbound leads, explain services, and schedule consults
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and follow-ups
  • Collaborate on conversion strategies
  • Compose and post job descriptions
  • Manage the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling
  • Support the onboarding of educators, counselors, and operations staff
  • Maintain internal trackers (sales, hiring, partnerships)
  • Conduct market research to support new initiatives
  • Resolve ad-hoc business problems

You will work closely with the founder to drive business growth and operations.

Individuals with 1–3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles are encouraged to apply.
