Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems.
Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms and identify bottlenecks.
Provide technical support to platform users and resolve issues.
Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives.
Collaborate with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies.
Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities.
Regularly report on the progress of the various Value Teams and outcomes.

Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or data science.
Demonstrated experience in a specific area of digital capability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, such as SF, CPI, SAC, XML, Azure Dev Ops, ALM test tool, Service Now ticketing tool.
Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scopes.
Strong knowledge of HR Processes, specifically related to Learning Management System in a Pharma / regulated industry.
Demonstrable experience in leading implementation/Support engagements of SuccessFactors Learning Management module.
Experience of supporting annual upgrade cycles of Validated LMS in a Lead capacity.
Experience in supporting queries related to Learning management system (vLMS) and its eco system Veeva Quality etc.
Demonstrable communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of SAP Employee Central.
SuccessFactors Professional/Associate Level Certification in Learning Management and ideally one or more additional modules like EC.
Ability to run clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops.
Proactively study the SuccessFactors roadmap and contribute to creating Product roadmaps for vLMS.
Ability to resolve complex support issues and guide the team members with expert advice for any support query incidents, service requests, minor enhancement/Change requests.
Maintain a healthy Product backlog.
