Job Opportunity for Physiotherapy Educator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate physiotherapist to join our faculty at a renowned institution. As a key member, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver High-Quality Instruction: Teach physiotherapy subjects such as anatomy, kinesiology, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy through both theory and practical sessions, using relatable examples and interactive methods to enhance understanding and student engagement.
  • Mentor and Guide Students: Regularly track student performance and provide personalized guidance to address academic challenges, resolve doubts, and build motivation. Offer timely interventions to support both academic and behavioral growth.
  • Supportive Learning Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom atmosphere that promotes open communication, participation, and continuous improvement. Encourage feedback and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
  • Assessment and Progress Tracking: Conduct assessments, maintain records of attendance, performance, and feedback, and ensure consistent communication with the academic team for student progress updates.
  • Adhere to Academic Standards: Adhere to institutional policies, uphold training quality, and continuously work on self-improvement to provide students with the best learning experience.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Master of Physiotherapy degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in teaching or working as a physiotherapist
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possession for teaching
  • Friendly and patient demeanor with students
  • Basic computer and technical skills
